U.S. digital media company RealNetworks Inc is in talks with partner MTV Networks to restructure the ownership of their two-year old Rhapsody America joint venture, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. The partners are considering whether to reduce RealNetworks' 51 percent stake in Rhapsody, resulting in both parties owning 50 percent or slightly less of the digital music service. According to the filing, the negotiations are focused on restructuring both parties economic rights in the joint

As the competition to win the agency contract heats up, the group of junior assistants starts to play dirty. Brett flirts with Cody, who is straight, in an attempt to throw him off his game, Janna "accidentally" starts a rumor that Cody is hooking up with a sexy female MMA mentor, and Tara accuses Gary of hooking up with Cody – which leads to a screaming match. Soulja Boy is styled for the MTV Movie Awards, while rapper Tyga is styled on the streets of Los Angeles.  

A Muslim family sits across from me in a cafe, in a largely Muslim Asian country. An older woman shyly hunches over, desperately trying to avoid eye contact with the giant-screen TV blazing loud music on MTV. The scantily dressed presenter introduces her "top song" for the week.  

Million Dollar Listing (Monday Bravo 9PM CST) has gone nowhere this season. I used to be a fan of these drama queens but there really has not been much drama between Chad, Madison, and Josh. They all dislike each other so much that they stay away from each other, which makes for dull reality TV. These producers should know by now, drama creates viewership and there is very little drama on "Million Dollar Listing."  

Just when you thought the drama was over, MTV rolls out yet another awards show - right on the heels of Taylor Swift's Saturday Night Live skit, which poked fun at the disastrous events of the VMAs. The Woodie Awards are an annual event in which college students vote for their favorite musicians. The News-Letter was lucky enough to sit in on a conference call and get a little inside scoop on the thoughts of artists 3OH!3, Asher Roth, Matt & Kim and Death Cab for Cutie.
